A.1 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items you have ordered. The exact shipping amount will be displayed before you complete payment.

A.2 Courier Partners

For all domestic orders within India, we ship via Delhivery or Shiprocket. We partner only with reputed courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

A.3 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard products: Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Made-to-Order products: These take 20 to 25 working days to dispatch. We dispatch products as soon as they are ready — we do not wait for a complete order to be ready before shipping, so you receive available items sooner.
  • Product-wise shipping details are available right below each item on the product page.
  • Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed estimates due to unforeseen external circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

A.4 Delivery Address & Modifications

  • All orders will be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
  • If you need to modify your delivery address, please WhatsApp us on +91 9000090571 within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications to the delivery address or order can be made.
