Please Note
On arrival of your order, if you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person. Take a picture and inform us about the same — WhatsApp us on +91 9000090571 mentioning your Order ID and we will do the needful.
If the delivery has been accepted by you, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure and undamaged manner.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that ordering online can be a concern. Therefore, we gladly accept size exchanges, provided the requested size is available with us for the same design.
1.1 Eligibility Conditions
All items to be returned or exchanged must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags intact.
- Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, and hang tags on garments.
- Any items that have been damaged, soiled, altered, or where the blouse fabric has been cut from the saree will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.
- Altered or customised products will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
1.2 How to Raise a Request
- A return or exchange request must be raised strictly within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- WhatsApp us on +91 9000090571 with your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photographs if applicable.
- Once your request has been approved by our team, please dispatch the parcel from your end within 48 hours to the address mentioned below.
1.3 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error from our end.
- Beige The Popup Store will not be liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
- In case of an exchange, we recommend informing us in advance so we can set aside the required size or product for you.
1.4 Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following:
- Custom made products or products personalised to your requirement
- Accessories
- Handbags
- Jewellery
- Any product on which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return or exchange
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Size exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Returns for reasons other than defect or size will not be entertained.
1.5 Non-Compliant Returns
Any returned item that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will be sent back to the customer at their own expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.

Mode of Refund
- In the case of an approved return, a Credit Note will be issued, valid for 3 months, which can be used for any purchase on our website.
- Credit notes, refunds (if applicable), and shipping reimbursements will be processed within 2 to 4 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by us.
- In the event that a prepaid package is not accepted by the customer and is returned to Beige The Popup Store by the courier company, the refund amount will be processed only after deduction of applicable shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
At Beige The Popup Store, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
